Microsoft Announces New Backward-Compatible Titles For Xbox One

Microsoft has announced today that 10 more Xbox 360 games are now compatible on the Xbox One. The games are as followed:

  • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings
  • Sam & Max Save the World
  • Aegis Wing
  • Counter-Strike: GO
  • Age of Booty
  • Space Giraffe
  • Soulcalibur
  • Skullgirls
  • Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad
  • Small Arms

Aside from The Witcher 2 (which you can currently snag for free), it’s not exactly a list full of AAA titles. Still, it’s nice to see that Microsoft is truly dedicated to its backwards-compatibility plan.

Nick Ransbottom

Hoping to one day escape his Southern roots of West Virginia, Nick aspires for a career as a video game journalist. Though he suffers from Cystic Fibrosis, he doesn't let his disease stand in the way of him being what friends call "morbidly depressing," "pretentious beyond belief", "horrifically unfunny," and "an altogether terrible person." When he's not playing and writing about video games, he spends his time writing creatively and binge-watching TV shows on Netflix.
